EQUIPMENT LEDGER

Privacy belongs in the working setup.

This page describes what Bellframe actually receives, keeps, removes, and leaves outside the ropes. It covers the Android app and this static introduction website.

A closed unmarked equipment ledger under a quiet task light

The Bellframe Android app and this two-route website are the surfaces covered here. The app is a local visual field guide. The website is a set of static files that a publisher may later place on a web host.

A statement about one surface is not silently applied to the other.

Two separate stacks of unmarked paper representing app and website

Bellframe is written for readers who can use boxing-literacy material with a qualified coach or responsible adult. It is not designed as an unsupervised children's service and does not ask a reader to state an age.

An empty chair beside an unmarked reading table

The app presents original educational reels and lets a reader hold a few content references. It does not provide club registration, coaching, medical assessment, symptom screening, messaging, emergency response, or return-to-play clearance.

A blank purpose card held by brass corners

The app receives taps used to choose a rope edge, open a reel, change exposure, pin a cue, keep a reel, remove an item, or clear a collection. There is no free-text field, form, upload, profile, contact list, or user-created photograph.

When a reader pins an exposure, Bellframe stores the reel ID and exposure label needed to show it again. The Corner Card holds a small rotating set and does not contain typed notes, training results, contacts, or health records.

A small linen sleeve with unmarked index tabs

Keeping a reel stores its built-in reel ID so the same material can be reopened. The Roundbook does not measure completion, attendance, effort, skill, weight, symptoms, or a person's identity.

A closed shallow drawer containing blank reel sleeves

Corner Card and Roundbook identifiers are written to Bellframe's private application storage on the device. The app disables its own backup and transfer rules for those preferences. Device-level security still depends on the reader's operating system, screen lock, and control of the device.

A single closed storage box inside a rope boundary

A pinned cue remains until it rotates out, is removed, or the Corner Card is cleared. A kept reel remains until it is removed or the Roundbook is emptied. Clearing app data or uninstalling normally removes Bellframe's private state, subject to the device platform's behavior.

Each Corner Card cue and Roundbook reel has a visible remove action. Each collection also has a clear action. Android system settings provide an additional way to clear all app data. Bellframe does not keep a remote copy that must be requested from a server.

The Android manifest does not request those permissions. Bellframe also does not request notification, advertising, account, or health-data access. Future builds that change permission behavior require this notice to change before release.

Closed unused equipment cases under a quiet light

The delivered Bellframe app does not declare the Android internet permission and includes no account, advertising, analytics, purchase, or network SDK. Its content and selected IDs are handled on the device.

A coiled cable beside an unlit network port

These static files do not contain forms, accounts, advertising tags, analytics scripts, or third-party media requests. If a publisher deploys them, the selected host may necessarily process information such as IP address, request time, requested path, and browser headers to deliver and secure the page. The live host's own notice must be reviewed at publication time.

The app and the supplied static site do not create user accounts, collect credentials, connect to social profiles, or assign a public identifier. Bellframe does not attempt to identify the person selecting a reel.

An empty brass hook where no account token is hung

Bellframe does not include analytics or advertising code and does not build a behavior profile. There is no impression counter, audience segment, attribution tracker, ad identifier, purchase history, or fundraising flow.

An unmarked measuring ruler put away inside a case

Because the Android build does not transmit Corner Card or Roundbook identifiers, it has no pathway to sell, rent, trade, or disclose them to the organization, advertisers, data brokers, or other users. A device owner may still expose on-screen content through ordinary device actions outside Bellframe's control.

Two separate closed equipment cases on a table

A later user of an unlocked device may see the Corner Card or Roundbook left by an earlier user. Clear those objects before handing over the device when that matters. Young readers should use boxing material with a responsible adult and qualified instruction appropriate to them.

Separate plain sleeves arranged on a shared-device shelf

Bellframe has no place to enter symptoms, diagnoses, weight, contact details, or another person's story. A possible head impact or urgent concern belongs with a responsible adult and appropriate professional help, not an app-based self-check.

References named in Bellframe, such as CDC HEADS UP, are outside resources. Opening a separately published resource leaves this local site and makes that provider's privacy practices relevant.

Local draft date: August 26, 2026. If Bellframe's behavior changes, this notice should change before the updated build is released, and the revised date should be shown here.

No publisher-controlled privacy contact channel was supplied for this local build. Before public release, the publisher must add a monitored contact method here and in the store listing. Until then, this page does not claim a live support or organization contact route.
